1. Before using the
rigging, the working load and the scope of application on the label must be clearly seen, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
2. When the
rigging is in use, hang the rigging directly into the center of the hook, not the tip of the hook.
3. When two slings are used together, hang the two slings directly into the double hooks, and each of the two slings are hung at the center of the symmetrical force of the double hooks; when the four slings are used together, every two slings are directly hung When entering the double hook, pay attention that the two slings in the hook cannot overlap and squeeze each other. The four steel wire slings should be symmetrical to the center of the hook.
4. When hoisting the
rigging, the hoisting angle should not exceed 60°.
5. The
rigging is forbidden to be knotted, and direct contact between the steel ropes is forbidden. It should be separated by shackles or rings.
6. The
rigging should stop using abnormal noise during load operation and wait for qualified personnel to check before handling.
7. The ropes should be as stable as possible during the hoisting process. Personnel are strictly forbidden to pass on the objects and no one is allowed to stand under the hoisting objects.
8. The pressed steel wire rope sling should avoid bending stress during transportation, installation and use, so as to avoid damage to the aluminum pipe, thread, joint or steel wire rope.
